Tapioca Pudding

4 cups milk

1/3 cup minute tapioca

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

Put milk in double boiler and add tapioca and salt and stir for about 5 minutes. Let this continue to cook while you are beating your eggs thoroughly. Add sugar to eggs. Then take out a little of the milk and tapioca mixture and stir into egg and sugar. Then pour sugar mixture into milk and tapioca mixture in the double boiler and stir constantly till thick.
