Chocolate Fondue

Recreate Fondue Night and have your own fondue fork duel; serve this for dessert along with the cheese fondue recipe.

2 T. honey or light corn syrup

1/2 cup light cream or half & half 1 bar (8 3/4 ounce or 9 ounce) milk chocolate, broken into pieces

1 tsp. vanilla

2 T. brandy

Heat honey and cream, add chocolate pieces, stirring constantly until chocolate melts. Stir in vanilla and brandy. Pour into ceramic or metal fondue pot. Dip any or all of the following:

sliced bananas

strawberries

cubes of yellow or angel food cake
